Cool Stuff From The Interwebs:

Be sure to check out Book Riot's awesome Library of Literary Fiction! Feel free to add more novels in the comments.

Also, can you guess Book Riot's Name That Author? No cheating!

Have you seen the "Lord of the Rings" movie with HUMPHREY BOGART as Frodo? and Marlene Dietrich? Old Hollywood - I love you.

Good old Book Riot was on a roll these last two weeks, because you DO NOT want to miss this article. Lego literary characters, stacked paperback wallpaper. . . .

Here's a couple sobering but worthwhile articles on the whole Penn State/Jerry Sandusky/Joe Paterno scandal.

This made my day - a blog all about how to act like an adult. As a child in a 24 year old body, this was very helpful for me.

An extended look at the last day of Harry Potter filming. (Did you guys buy your copies of the last DVD yet? Don't wait! They go into the vault in 12 days!)
Heard about this egotistical and ridiculous fraud? I wonder how people get published, I really do. That guy's attitude drove me nuts. "I used a pseudonym in case I write something I actually want to put my name on later?" wonders if there is a male version of the Manic-Pixie-Dream-Girl. Are they successful in deciding if such a beast exists?

In case you were wondering, how the current recession matches up against The Big One in the twenties. (Forbes)

Michael Emerson, of creepy Lost fame, has read audiobooks! Now those I might be interested in listening to.

Did you know someone shot at - and hit - The White House this week?

The ads and promos rolling out the The Muppets are beyond awesome. From these posters mocking Twilight, to this video of Miss Piggy doing the Pretty Little Liars tv intro, they're made of win. Jason Segel, I salute you.

Speaking of Twilight, have you seen this creepy Breaking Dawn wedding stand-in? I got the creeps just looking at it.

These stills from Pixar's Brave make me excited to see it in 2012. There are Hinkypunks in there!
Check out these original titles for famous novels.  Did you know that 1984 was originally titled The Last Man in Europe? I didn't!

This is a thought-provoking post on the recent "obsession with an elegant death" for YA novel covers.

From Cracked:

That's it for now! I'm working on a review of Death Watch by Ari Berk to post later in the day. Have a great one, everybody!
